When you contact us by form, email or phone, we process your details to handle your enquiry. Form messages are stored securely on our server and displayed in our private CRM. A notification containing your entered contact details and message is sent to our Gmail inbox.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
The website uses necessary local storage, for example for language and favourites. Analytics and advertising services are not loaded when visiting the page. Loading Facebook posts explicitly connects to Meta and may introduce external cookies and data processing. You can use the website fully without doing this.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
The website and CRM run on our own server. Contact notifications are sent to our Gmail inbox, where Google processes the contact details and message text. Facebook receives data only when you explicitly load its posts. External links are subject to the linked provider’s privacy policy.
6. Storage Duration
Personal data will only be stored as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes. Requests via the contact form are deleted after processing is complete, unless legal retention obligations apply.

The review overview contains short, manually verified excerpts with attribution and a check date. No Google connection is made to display them. Facebook posts load only when you explicitly choose to load them. Meta then receives your IP address and page-request information; cookies may be used depending on your browser and Facebook login. You can close the embedded content. External links open the provider and its privacy policy applies.

Contact-form messages are stored securely on our server and handled in our private CRM. A notification containing the entered contact details and message is sent to our Gmail inbox solely to process your enquiry, using an encrypted connection to our mail server.
